Listings with nothing hidden.
Every aircraft shows its logbooks, title and damage history, and a live valuation up front. Buyers can filter, estimate financing, ask public questions, and make offers.
Open Pattern's goal is a clearer way to buy and sell aircraft. We built the platform behind it: public listings, a guided workspace for sellers, online payments, nine core integrations, and a back office that moves every aircraft from first contact to listed.
A single aircraft sale involves years of logbooks, title and damage history, valuations, hundreds of photos, and long walk-around videos. Most brokerages handle all of it over email and spreadsheets, and buyers rarely see the full picture until late in the deal.
Open Pattern wanted to flip that. They wanted full transparency for buyers, a clear, guided path for sellers, and a back office that keeps the brokerage team on top of every aircraft without the email chaos.
Every aircraft shows its logbooks, title and damage history, and a live valuation up front. Buyers can filter, estimate financing, ask public questions, and make offers.
Sellers sign in with a passwordless email link and work through an 11-section guide: checklists, photo shot lists, walk-around videos, documents, and disclosures. Large files upload straight to storage, in parts.
A review queue to approve sections or send them back with a note, a five-stage seller pipeline, a leads inbox, seller profiles with notes and activity history, and a full listing editor.
Enter a tail number and the listing fills in registry, ownership, and accident records automatically. Facts refresh daily and valuations refresh weekly.
Sellers pay listing fees on a hosted checkout, and a webhook confirms the payment and moves them forward. Card numbers never touch our servers.
The public site runs on Inlay, so the brokerage team can edit pages, team bios, and listings in place without calling a developer.
Each integration handles one job and passes its result to the next. A tail number turns into a filled-in listing, a payment unlocks the seller guide, and a submitted section notifies a broker. Video embeds come from YouTube and Vimeo.

The groundwork is already live: a seller pipeline, a leads inbox, and seller profiles with notes and activity history. The next phase turns that into a full CRM, with buyers, sellers, aircraft, and deals in one place, connected to every lead and listing the site already captures.
