To simplify operations and streamline content management for their staff, we've incorporated an intuitive content management system. Updating blogs, newsletters, images, and other content is now straightforward, allowing staff of any experience level to easily manage site updates. Additionally, we've automated event integration with Classy - Events posted through Classy automatically populate unique event pages on the Esteamed website, reducing manual input and keeping information consistently up-to-date.
Visually, the site underwent its first full redesign since Esteamed Coffee's opening in 2020, featuring a clean, modern aesthetic that aligns with contemporary design trends. The new E-Commerce functionality is integrated directly with their inventory management system and supplier, facilitating seamless transactions and efficient shipping.
Looking ahead, Esteamed Coffee's digital presence will further evolve with upcoming stages, including an expanded online store built directly within the Webflow platform. This store will showcase merchandise, coffee products, and local art, enhancing both the customer experience and local engagement. Furthermore, an intuitive AI-driven nutritional facts page will soon debut, easily accessible via QR codes within the shop, allowing customers to instantly access detailed nutritional information for any menu item before ordering.
